Ben's birthday week!

After his pre-birthday celebration the week before, Ben had a few more fun things in store! The morning of his birthday was playgroup at the park, so we made some treats to enjoy with our friends.

After the park, we met Daddy for lunch at Jason's Deli (Ben's favorite).

And that evening we went to Chuck E. Cheese (we let him pick, can you tell?)

Afterwards, we came home and had some more treats and opened a few gifts.

Ben was excited to get his own Book of Mormon. He is getting so good at reading, he tries so hard.

After PJ's were on and Jon was off to bed, the boys got to play Ben's new Lego game. It was a big hit.

Thursday night, we had a little family party after dinner. Everyone came over to have cake and ice cream and enjoy the nice evening in the backyard. He asked for an army party so we had tank balloons, camouflage plates, and plastic dog tags for all the kids.

Ben opened some fun gifts (thanks everyone!)

And we enjoyed some yummy chocolate cake, topped with some new Lego Toy Story army men for Ben.

Before everyone went home, Jon wanted "a ride" so Dave got out the lawn tractor and loaded all the kids up. Too much fun!

Thanks for all the birthday wishes from everyone, and all the friends and family that made Ben's birthday a fun one!

(PS: If you read his birthday post before I got the video working, it's there now. He and Jon think they are pretty  much hilarious).

What a fun b-day! That Lego's game looks like something Heath would like. I may have to look into that one.

Looks like very fun birthday celebrations for Ben! Love all the kids being pulled by the tractor. Too cute!
