Speed Blogging....

I forgot to post this rundown of the summer in slides before we left. It was ready to go and everything! My idea was to catch up and then do a little mini-blogging of the highlights from the road, but let's see-- that didn't happen. It was crazy from day one to the end (last night) but SO MUCH FUN!!! So watch for some vacation highlights to come soon!!!

We had a fun little out-of-town visitor one afternoon recently when Farmer John came back to supervise their house being packed up. The boys had so much fun playing!

Bendaroos

...or "Bangaroos" as our kids call them. Hours of family fun. The twists that Chris are holding are Daddy's artwork. The person is of course, Mommy's. Chris just kept smooshing them together, then running over and sticking his creations on the closet door. Ben really wanted them, and had had lots of fun. He's gotten really creative!

Water Park!!

Trying to finish my blog catching up from my phone (in the car on our roadtrip). I uploaded pictures and saved the posts without text, we'll see if this works!

While we were having our roof done a couple of months back, we escaped the noise by heading to the local waterpark (just me!) it was crazy but so fun.

Ben's first baseball game

Dave went to a Stars baseball game with some people he works with, and Ben got to go along. He loved it, everything was so exciting for him, from the hot dogs to the new friends, and of course watching the players from up in the box!

Family Fun at Bridgestreet

We talked Dave into going to Bridgestreet (our outdoor mall) one night for some family fun, complete with Red Robin (mmmm....)

And of course a little Maggie Moo's to top off the night, but I wasn't taking pictures at that point, only trying to contain the chocolate ice cream frenzy!
