Ben's first real haircut!

It seemed like it would all be a breeze. We got to the place, he watched a couple of guys getting their haircut- we talked about it, he said "okay" to getting his haircut. Before this, he's just gotten a little bit trimmed by Mommy so far, nothing big, and nothing by a stranger. The stylist put some cushions on the chair for him to sit on, and as soon as Daddy tried to put him down, that was it. He started crying, I guess it was too scary. He didn't want the cape either, that caused more tears. He sat on Daddy's lap instead, they got the cape on him and we gave him his pacifier that he usually only has to sleep. He watched videos on Daddy's phone and it wasn't too bad...
