On the first Saturday of this month, we headed to our first Kids Workshop at Home Depot. How cool are these things? Free workshops for the kids to hammer and build a new project each month. They also get the cool Home Depot apron and a pin each time they complete a project. If you have a kid, you should do this. It's at most, if not all, locations all over. Jeanne (Dave's sis) and Steve and their boys spent the day with us, and they had been going to them in WY for a while. Caleb has tons of pins on his apron.
The next Saturday we went to one at Lowes. Same deal, but patches instead of pins and they do it twice a month. So fun for the boys, and a cool thing to do together on Saturday mornings- Dave loves to get out and do stuff on Saturday mornings.

After they made their cool easels, we picked up some lunch and headed to the Christmas parade. It was a good one, the kids loved it. It was Fu-reeeeezing though. I had Jon all bundled up in this big blanket. Eventually the kids were just running around so Dave bundled me all up in a couple of the blankets we brought and I was much better after that.
